Using Evoke

Terms and Conditions

Last updated: August 7, 2026

These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of Evoke Labs’ website, products, and services. By accessing or using Evoke, you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself or the organization you represent.

1. The Evoke service

Evoke helps teams capture, review, and pass on work knowledge. The service may allow authorized users to configure approved sources, create records, invite teammates, and review information. We may update, improve, or modify the service from time to time.

2. Accounts and organization access

You must provide accurate account information and keep credentials secure. If you use Evoke for an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms. Your organization is responsible for managing users, permissions, approved sources, and all activity that occurs through its account.

3. Customer content and approved sources

You retain ownership of the content and information you submit to Evoke or make available through approved sources. You grant Evoke the limited rights needed to host, process, display, and protect that content solely to provide and support the service for you. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights and permissions required to share that content with Evoke.

4. Acceptable use

You may not misuse Evoke, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, upload unlawful or infringing content, use the service to harm others, or reverse engineer the service except where prohibited by law. We may suspend access when we reasonably believe these terms have been violated or security is at risk.

5. Evoke intellectual property

Evoke and its licensors own the service, including its software, design, trademarks, and documentation. Subject to these terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service for your internal business purposes. No rights are granted except those expressly stated here.

6. Fees and cancellations

If you purchase a paid plan, applicable fees, payment terms, and renewal details will be presented at the time of purchase or in a separate order form. You may cancel in accordance with the applicable plan terms. Unless required by law or otherwise agreed in writing, fees are non-refundable.

7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

Evoke is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every purpose. To the extent permitted by law, Evoke will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of Evoke will be resolved in the courts located in Delaware.

10. Changes and contact

We may update these terms as our service or legal requirements evolve. We will revise the date at the top of this page when we do. Your continued use of Evoke after an update takes effect means you accept the revised terms. For questions, please contact Evoke Labs through our contact page or email us at support@evokelabs.ai.
