Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 7, 2026

Evoke Labs (“Evoke”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) provides tools that help teams capture, review, and pass on work knowledge. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information when you visit our website, join our waitlist, communicate with us, or use Evoke’s products and services.

1. Information we collect

We collect information you provide directly, such as your name, work email address, company, and messages you send to us. When an organization uses Evoke, we may process account details, approved workspace configuration, and knowledge records that an authorized user chooses to connect or submit. We also collect limited technical information, including device and browser data, IP address, pages viewed, and service activity logs.

Evoke does not request the permissions required to read direct messages or private channels, and therefore cannot access them. Evoke reads only the sources an organization explicitly approves.

2. How we use information

We use personal information to provide and secure Evoke, respond to requests, administer accounts, support customers, improve product performance, understand aggregate usage, and communicate service-related updates. We do not use customer knowledge records to train AI models without the customer’s explicit permission.

3. How information is shared

We may share information with vetted service providers that help us operate our infrastructure, analytics, customer support, and communications. These providers may access information only to perform services for us and under appropriate confidentiality and security obligations. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights and safety, or as part of a business transfer such as a merger or acquisition.

Our service providers include cloud hosting, AI model providers, analytics, and customer communication tools. A current list of subprocessors is available on request.

4. Security and retention

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information. Access to customer content is limited to authorized people and systems. We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Organizations may export their data at any time. On cancellation, an organization may request permanent deletion of its data, and we will provide confirmation once it is complete.

5. Your choices and privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or a copy of your personal information, and to object to or limit certain processing. To make a request, contact us through the Evoke contact page. If you use Evoke through an organization, please contact your organization first; it controls the workplace information processed through its account.

6. Cookies and similar technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep the website and service working, remember preferences, understand aggregate traffic, and improve performance. You can control cookies through your browser settings, although disabling certain cookies may affect the availability or functionality of parts of our service.

7. International data transfers

Evoke may process information in countries other than the one where you live. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for international transfers and work with service providers that maintain suitable privacy and security commitments.

8. Children’s privacy

Evoke is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can take appropriate steps.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as our services, legal requirements, or privacy practices change. When we do, we will revise the date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.

10. Contact us

For questions about this Privacy Policy or our privacy practices, please contact Evoke Labs through our contact page or email us at support@evokelabs.ai. We will respond to privacy requests in accordance with applicable law.
